SETUP FOR FIBER BRAGG GRATING FABRICATION

The system is developed for:

  • fabrication of distributed refractive index structures in the core of optical fibers (Fiber Bragg Grating - FBG)
  • investigation of the fundamental physical mechanisms that provide fiber and glass photosensitivity
  • investigations of grating spectral properties, their sensitivity to external influences, and long-term stability
